To enjoy Wi-Fi Calling, you'll need a Cricket Wi-Fi Calling-capable smartphone and an active Wi-Fi network.

  1. Begin on your phone's home screen and tap to open Settings.
  2. Scroll down and tap Phone.
  3. Tap Wi-Fi Calling, then tap to toggle On.
  4. Tap Enable.
  5. Tap Continue.
  6. Read the Wi-Fi Calling Important Information and tap I agree.
  7. Enter and Verify your emergency 911 address.
  8. Tap OK when done.
  9. Confirm your toggle is set to On for Wi-Fi Calling.

Your iPhone is now set up for Wi-Fi Calling!

To set up Wi-Fi Calling on your Android phone, follow these simple steps:

  1. Open your phone Settings and tap Connections.
  2. Tap Wi-Fi Calling.
  3. Read the Wi-Fi Calling Important Information and tap I agree.
  4. Enter your emergency 911 address and Verify address.
  5. A Setup complete screen will appear. Tap Done.

Your phone is now set up for Wi-Fi Calling!

Note: For Wi-Fi Calling capable phones not purchased at Cricket, Wi-Fi Calling will not work on Android. It will work on iOS.
