Here are a few things to keep in mind when making your Cricket payment:

A monthly service period is typically 30 days, beginning on the day you activate (which counts as your first day) and running until 11:59 pm on day 30.

Example(s):

If you activate monthly service on the 15th of the month:

  • Your Cricket Pay Date is the 15th every month.
  • Service is available until 11:59 pm on the 14th every month.
  • You must pay by 11:59 pm on the 14th to avoid having your service interrupted.

If you activate monthly service on the 3rd of the month:

  • Your Cricket Pay Date is the 3rd of every month.
  • Service is available until 11:59 pm on the 2nd every month.
  • You must pay by 11:59 pm on the 2nd to avoid having your service interrupted


Exceptions:

If you activate on the 29th:

  • Your Cricket Pay Date is the 29th every month.
  • Service is available until 11:59 pm on the 28th every month, except February.
  • In February, your Cricket Pay Date is the 28th and service is available until 11:59 pm the 27th.


If you activate on the 30th:

  • Your Cricket Pay Date is the 30th every month.
  • Service is available until 11:59 pm on the 29th every month, except February.
  • In February, your Cricket Pay Date is the 28th and service is available until 11:59 pm the 27th.


If you activate on the 31st:

  • Your Cricket Pay Date is the 30th every month.
  • Service is available until 11:59 pm on the 29th every month, except February.
  • In February, your Cricket Pay Date is the 28th and service is available until 11:59 pm on the 27th.

 

Note: You can change your monthly payment due date (Cricket Pay Date) by calling a Cricket Support Advocate. Similar to plan changes, you are limited to two (2) Cricket Pay Date changes per billing cycle. However, your due date will change if you miss a payment and your account is suspended. If that happens, your billing date will change to the date you pay your outstanding balance and your account is restored.

Pay Dates for Accounts with Multiple Lines

 

The total due each month for accounts with multiple lines covers all lines and all lines have the same Cricket Pay Date. Multiple people can do one-time payments in My Account or with Quick Pay. The account must be paid in full each month in order to avoid service interruptions on all lines.

You can use Auto Pay for accounts with multiple lines. Only one credit card can be used and the total amount due for the entire account will be charged to that card.
