How do I change the number of rings before sending a call to voicemail?

The delay before an unanswered incoming call is sent to voicemail is measured in seconds. The default setting is 15 seconds, but you can change it to 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 seconds depending on what works best for you.

  1. Open up the dial pad or phone app on the device.
  2. Dial **61*+18133823346*11*<delay># and hit Send/Call.

For example, to set the delay to 25 seconds, you would enter **61*+18133823346*11*25# and hit send/call.

To verify that the new settings are active, dial *#61# (note: if your phone doesn't display the delay, you will have to place a test call to your phone from another phone).
