Charges and Fees

To keep things simple, our monthly rate plans and added features include applicable state and local taxes. To see all charges on your account, sign in to My Account or the myCricket app.

Note: Effective January 31, 2020, the following changes will be made

  • Customer Assistance Fee and Automated Phone Payment Fee will increase to $4
  • Reactivation Fee for multi-line accounts will increase to $15
  • Reactivation Fee will apply to suspended accounts immediately when payments are received up to 59 days past your due date. The 24-hour grace period will no longer apply.
