Sweeps All Four J.D. Power Awards in Customer Care and Purchase Experience this year in the MVNO Segment

What’s the News? Cricket Wireless has ranked highest in the J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Wireless Purchase Experience Performance Study – Volume 2 in the MVNO segment.

With a total of 821 points, Cricket’s focus on providing smarter value and an exceptional experience is paying off. In fact, this win marks our fourth straight J.D. Power win in 2022, having claimed the top spot in both the Customer Care and Purchase Experience Volume 1 studies earlier this year and, most recently, winning the Customer Care Volume 2 study. This marks our tenth J.D. Power Award.*

Power U.S. Wireless Purchase Experience Performance StudiesSM measure satisfaction based on recent customer purchase experiences across three point-of-purchase contact channels: phone, retail walk-in, and online. The study provides key insights into the drivers of positive purchase experiences, as well as the trends that impact wireless retail performance and purchase rates.
