Cricket currently has more than 4,500 AR operated retail locations with plans to open an additional 250 in 2021. And while we can’t claim the most stores in the industry, we can confidently say that, year after year, we work tirelessly to deliver a best-in-class customer experience in the communities where we operate.
Without question, our Cricket ARs are the heart of our company and the face of our brand. Within the store environment, our ARs and their staff are committed to giving Cricket customers something to smile about—whether it’s assisting them with upgrading their devices, choosing the right affordable plan to best meet their wireless needs or making it simple and seamless for new customers to make the switch to Cricket.
Throughout our communities, you can find Cricket employees pitching in to help those in need—from serving hot chocolate and free Wi-Fi connectivity to assist those impacted by a winter power outage or a natural disaster; collecting food donations or assembling hygiene kits for local youth; providing grocery gift cards and phone chargers to support California firefighters; or making a wish come true for a deserving teen.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, our Cricket ARs worked hard to keep stores open while operating in a safe manner and adhering to local guidelines. We knew that it was important to be accessible when and where our customers needed us. Our ARs were essential in helping to keep our customers connected during this unprecedented time.
So as Small Business Week celebrations take place throughout the country, we’re giving a huge shout out to our Cricket Wireless family of Authorized Retailers. We couldn’t spread smiles for miles without you…nor would we want to!
